Application for a Building or Demolition Permit is Required for all newly constructed, altered, enlarged, and demolished structures. All new uses of land or structure and changes of use or occupancy require a permit from the Code Enforcement Officer. 

Effective 09/13/2022, the following schedule of fees shall apply:

Residential:

Construction Up to a Value of  $500.00……………………………………………………………$10.00

$501.00 To 10,000.00………………………………………………………………………………………$15.00

$10,000.00 and Above  = .002 Times the Value up to …………………………………….$200.00

Commercial:
